I am a legal and compliance professional with over 15 years of experience in providing legal service with a touch of excellence, skill, and competence. I have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Barrister at Law (BL) degree, and I am currently the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance Services at Pentagon Partners LP, a leading legal firm in Nigeria.In my current role, I work with clients across various sectors to help them identify, assess, and manage their legal and regulatory risks, develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, and resolve disputes and litigation matters. I also leverage my previous experience as a legal adviser and Chief Legal Officer at the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), where I was involved in drafting and negotiating agreements, providing secretarial services to the governing board, appearing in court hearings, conducting legal research, and advising on public health and medical laboratory issues.
