As a Principal Consultant I am responsible for:• Key account management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key prospects and clients. By understanding client needs and crafting solutions based on the firm's latest research and services, I’ve been able to maintain RBL as a preferred consulting partner for at least 10 clients for 3 or more years.• Facilitating training programs: Delivering in-person and virtual training sessions is also part of my role. I've participated in more than 50 Leadership and HR Academies, where I look to engage participants through the content as well as the learning experience. Connecting the frameworks and latest research with the client context and current realities is one of my key abilities. • Assessment and Coaching: I’m a certified MBTI and Mentor practitioner and have been practicing RBL’s Coaching approach for years. I help executives interpret their assessment results and identify which strengths to leverage and which gaps to close, through one-on-one powerful conversations. I respectfully and empathetically challenge executives to find their opportunities for growth, become better leaders, and achieve their business and career goals. • Program Design: I’ve been lead designer of in-person, virtual and blended programs. Guaranteeing content and participant experience consistency has been key to our success. One of my latest accomplishments has been to produce virtual content: I turned an in-person HR Academy into a fully virtual version in less than 2 months and piloted an e-learning version of three modules of this program. Finally, I designed and produced a video series about RBL's HR 360 Assessment. • Product Development: I've been involved in product development contributing my expertise in talent management and HR business partnering skills to create or update training modules. I focus on making the content customizable and/or re-configured depending on client needs.

As an Associate Principal I've had the opportunity to manage client projects from designing and presenting proposals to implementing solutions as part of a broader consulting team. I've had worked with clients in the US, Latin America and Europe as a trainer and a coach in projects involving HR professional development, HR transformation, career management, teambuilding and leadership development. I've also been part of program design teams where I work with clients and other consultants designing workshops and modules leveraging RBL's proprietary content and research. Finally, I've been responsible for the development of the Latin America client base by customizing services and products for that market.

Consultant responsible for preparing proposals, designing, customizing and delivering presentations related to the products the company distributed in Colombia, as well as preparing and delivering workshops for clients. Worked with clients in diverse industries in private sector and also in the public sector, like UOL Colombia (Universe Online), Agrevo, BASF, Rhone Poulenc, Wyeth Laboratories, Unilever Andina, Colseguros, Banco de Occidente, Ministerio de Minas, Alcadía Mayor de Bogotá. The role also included translation of different materials, case studies, presentations and workbooks from English to Spanish, regarding outplacement, teambuilding, change management, business simulators and competencies, being this a service still delivered since moving to the US.

Established the Human Resources Department and made the transition from an administrative role to strategic business partner. Responsible for developing, managing, implementing and overseeing human resources programs, procedures and guidelines for the Colombian Subsidiary, including all of the following areas: employee relations, compensation, recruiting, performance management and appraisal, training, organization development and succession planning. Also in charge of processing and reporting information to Latin America and Corporate Headquarters regarding headcount, budgets, statistics and metrics related to HR performance.

Established the Human Relations Department implementing the basic policies and procedures regarding recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, performance appraisal, payroll, benefits and work safety. Accountable for ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
