• Responsible for the management of various functions under the Australian Government in- country scholarships program, with primary focus on the partnership program with ExxonMobil PNG Limited.• Grants administration• Monitoring and evaluation and planning, selections, communications • Promotion and advertising • Application processing • Awardee pre-departure, mobilization and placement • On-award support, monitoring and variations;• Institution monitoring, and Awardee completion and reintegration

Provide Consultancy and advisory services to small to medium sized local companies on various HR matters and issues including but not limited to; set up of the HR Department, doing recruitment and selection, HR Audit, Developing and updating Policies and Procedures in accordance with Employment Legislations.

Engaged mainly to do recruitment, on-boarding and training for all new staff, for the new cinema at both Vision City and Waigani Stop and Shop. The engagement was for six (6) months only.

I was part of this Team of Professional Consultants from Australia & Papua New Guinea, in assisting in the Outplacement Program with Oil Search Limited involving 20 employees within their Port Moresby Office and the Ridge.
