I have been working in NHS for more than 20 years acquiring knowledge, experience and skills along the way to enable me to work at the Modern Matron level.Qualifications:Diploma in NursingManagement and leadership Level 5 Diploma in 2018 with Hawk.MSc in Management with University of Liverpool Merit pass.At the moment I am working as a Modern Matron where I lead people on a wider scale. I am responsible for taking lead in decision making, putting forward proposals for new projects and business ideas. I am known for being inspirational and able to work and support team members to work above and beyond to achieve set goals. My critical thinking skills enables me to question and challenge and yet remain open minded in a compassionate way which helps me to come up with solutions to difficult situations all supported by effective communication.I have motivational and people skills with the ability to influence cohesiveness in a team to enable people to pull in one direction. I was awarded Nurse of the year Award for being able to influence change and improve on satisfactory patient outcomes.
