About Martha Trahan

Hi there, My name is Martha Trahan, I am a Certified Nutritionist, Menopause Coach, Fitness Coach, and a proud mom of 2. My passion is providing Nutrition and Fitness Coaching that helps women thrive.My clients are 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 πŸ’πŸŽ, most of them are busy moms, they want to lose weight, build muscle, feel and look great while also providing great and nutritious meals to their families.I am not a fan of fad diets, supplements or radical approaches. I believe that the path to health and fitness should be one that my clients can and want to follow. One that they can stick with and see success.
