I also mentor managers and their teams in practices and have lectured to undergraduates on practice management.I am on the steering committee for the Harley Street based Practice Managers Forum and the educational lead for the Lister Hospitals' Practice Development Forum.I am the CQC advisor to The Independent Doctors Federation.I contribute to various publications including the BDJ magazine "VITAL" for the dental community and the monthly publication "Independent Practitioner Today" on CQC and management.
