I have more than a decade of experience supporting people navigating life's transitions, from being uprooted and thrown into new realities to achieving goals they never thought possible.In 2016, I turned to coaching and have worked with people on everything from establishing more presence in the day-to-day to taking leaps they never imagined, building confidence to building a business.What inspires me about coaching is the call to really be with another person to help them return to their own place of being, however that manifests for them. And to invite them to create change, new futures, new possibilities and opportunities, from that place. From life to relationships to careers, from feeling stuck to being on the precipice of something exciting, truly most topics are fair game. The only requirement is that you are open, curious, and ready to explore. ​Our explorations will take us beyond what you want to do to who you are and what it means to *be*. When you are in alignment with who you are at your core and living from that place, you can do anything.
