Managing quality activities and processes related to everyday quality issues in production, new product development collaborating with designers and communicating with local and international suppliers.• Responsible as the main contact for quality issues, 8Ds reports, process flow, 4Qs,DPPMs, PPAP.• Conduct quality system evaluations of new and existing suppliers.• Respond and drive rapid resolution to emergency quality and delivery issues.• Working with product design and specifications, devices, testing plans, methods and equipment to assure reliability ofproduct collaborates internally to ensure quality standards are in effect.• Ensures that project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements objectives.• Lead with supplier escalation situation, offering support to suppliers to reach good quality performance in materials bystablishing quality objectives in accordance with client’s requirements by the performance of control runs, new changes, suggest design changes to reduce cost.

New product development in the packaging area using the existing sources and implementing new technology to provide processes improvements. As an NPD engineer my principal task is to provide support between the product development to manufacturing engineers. I have developed the following Essential functions:- Provide maintenance of process routings, Engineering bill of materials, manufacturing specifications, product specifications measurements and product inspection. - Participate in failure analysis and problem-solving tactics by performing functional testing (vibration and dropping test). -Enter bill of Materials into SAP by releasing Engineering change Notice in Wind-chill.-Develop test plans and coordinate product testing to validate designs solutions.-Coordinate control run to validate New Product implementation.-Evaluate and coordinate supplier’s activity related to on-going projects.-Identify components/design recommendations according to sourcing, quality and production strategies-Work with manufactures and suppliers to identify component substitution required for all supply chain constraints and component discontinuations on products.-Drive standardization of, and best practices for, specification contents and component qualification requirements, informed by the type or category of parts.-Value analysis/value engineering processes with supplier base to increase productivity.

RESPONSABILITIES IN THIS COMPANY-Resolved and implemented corrective actions for technical problems occur.-Interacting and coordinating with Mechanical engineering and test engineering for new products packaging design. -Collaborated with Marketing for warning on packaging new USA laws as Proposition 65 warning on products. -Enter data into SAP and creating new engineering parts in Wind-Chill.
