I enjoy supporting non technical audiences achieve technical instruction. I pride myself in providing an engaging and fast paced instructional environment which meets the learning needs of diverse audiences. While I would not trade my experience working in public education for anything, I am profit-minded and support continuous improvement in systems to grow profitability. I gain personal satisfaction out of mentoring new instructors and seeing others shine. My unusual background (only partially highlighted here) has provided common ground for a wealth of projects and allowed me to contribute in meaningful ways to many leadership councils - something I look forward to doing in the private sector as well.
