I plan philanthropy events for Kappa Alpha Theta and manage workflows of the following positions: Service Director, Fundraising Director, Online Media Director, and Alumnae Relations Director. I also coordinate promotional efforts each semester to raise money for our chapter’s philanthropic organization, Athens-Oconee CASA. This semester, I led the chapter in setting a new fundraising record of $15,827 in Fall of 2024.

I planned sisterhood events for Kappa Alpha Theta and took notes weekly at Membership Development Meetings. I learned how to work diligently with a budget to plan events in a financially efficient way for a group of 350 people.

I communicated between Kappa Alpha Theta headquarters and the 56 sorority house residents. I also attended Facility Board Corporation meetings monthly to discuss the facility budget and improvement operations.

I interned at an Adweek-recognized advertising agency, serving on both the digital marketing and social media teams. I supported digital marketing efforts on behalf of prominent clients while simultaneously working on an intern group project. I constructed a media, social, and events plan for a local non-profit to promote a fundraiser with a budget of $25,000.
