As the President and CEO of Ackerman Institute for the Family, I oversaw the research, clinical, and educational activities of one of the premier institutions in the field of family therapy. With over 4 years of experience in this role, and 9 years as the Chair of the Board of Directors, I have been instrumental in advancing the vision and mission of the Institute, ensuring its financial sustainability, and attracting and retaining world-class faculty leaders.My background in investment management and mental health, combined with my skills in nonprofit board leadership, relationship development, and public speaking, enable me to provide entrepreneurial and strategic leadership to the Institute. I have developed and executed innovative programs and partnerships that enhance the Institute's impact and reputation in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), investor relations, venture capital, and asset management. I am passionate about improving the well-being of families and communities through the treatment and study of family dynamics.
