Implement and monitor Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Program that helps to ensure compliance and reduce risk in accordance with health care law and regulation and guidelines for large group practice of physicians, pharmacy, lab, OBA and procedures in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. Provide day to day management and oversight.• Develop and implement audit systems, methods and tools that help detect risk and prevent fraud, waste, and abuses. • Prepare and implement measures to mitigate potential risk areas through providing information, education, and encouraging collaboration.• Assist with external audit and prepare response and corrective action plans.• Assure necessary education and training tools are in place to address mandatory training requirements for various departments and disciplines as well as state and federal requirements.• Evaluate and implement policy, procedure and processes - develop supportable infrastructure for Policy Management.
