Managed all Facility Operations and Administration (including the business formation project) for this small-business facility that served adults with developmental disabilities. Created all business and operational processes, plans, and policies. Interacted daily with residents, various governmental agencies, and private and professional parties, ensuring residents' well-being and contractual deliverables were timely met. Owned the business dissolution process, timely facilitating wind-up affairs with residents, licensing agencies, Local/State/Federal authorities, and other interested parties.
