Evaluate CTE Programs of Study in our district based on student interest, growth,enrollment, CCMR Certifications, experiential opportunities, professional development,curriculum enrichment, inventory, needs assessments, CTSO’s, and more. Project funding fornext academic school year based on current enrollment and review teacher requests for financialplanning. Create master schedule based on tallies to best accommodate course requests.Meet with industry partners to jump-start new programs of study and cement partnerships forpracticum, mentor-ships, and job shadowing. Work with Workforce solutions to interpret labormarket data to create pipelines towards high demand jobs in our community. Distributescholarship information and review scholarship as requested. Transition students from MS to HSby presenting on CTE programs and incentives. Completing choice slips with students andensuring all students have an endorsement. Available to academic counselors for guidance andclarification on endorsement completion. Attend CTE professional development events for CTEupdates and growth. Create student recognition events for CCMR, CTSO, and program of studycompletion. Update district course listing guide CTE section and meet with counseling staff forcontinuous education. Distribute, collect, and review student applications for our CTECertification Center. Attend board meetings for updates on CTE growth, success stories, andinitiatives. Work with local institution of higher education for dual enrollment opportunities and collaborations
