Assistant to the Managing Partner in the commercial, corporate and estate planning areas. Responsible for setting up multi-state corporations and limited liability companies, drafting agreements and all estate planning documents. Responsible for computer system, implementation of a new 25-user network, including new software and training, and designing and planning all aspects of the firm website. Other responsibilities include training staff on a variety of software programs, troubleshooting all computer related problems, delegating and solving staffing and workload issues, ordering office equipment and supplies and organizing office functions. Extensive client contact with attorneys, vendors, sales representatives, accounting professionals and network consultants. Prior legal experience at the same firm consisted of all aspects of litigation from initial consultation through trial including, but not limited to, drafting of complaints, pleadings, discovery and trial preparation.
