My focus is helping people transform their mental models into the breakthrough thinking needed for new realities. My research in cognitive psychology at Harvard on human and AI learning gave me deep insight into how thinking works. After graduation, I started consulting for projects in large companies and government agencies. Working through prime contractors such as Lockheed Martin, my project list starts with AT&T and ends with Xerox. They and other well-known names come from a wide variety of domains, such as finance, insurance, entertainment, transportation, aerospace design, manufacturing, communication, logistics, and more. My specialty was designing large computer systems to be easy to learn and use. As a large personal project, I applied the unification process I had created for my consulting projects to try to unify the disparate theories of physics. I discovered the forgotten original theories of the field theorists fit together as pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. There are no changes to the theories and no free parameters. For example, all the fields in Maxwell's original 20-equation theory map directly into the regions of general relativity's 4x4 matrix.Furthermore, Maxwell's classical A-field substrate was recognized and used as the fundamental field in the theories of Schrödinger and Feynman, and each theory won a Nobel Prize. Using this substrate as the Euclidean model of the Universe, I have basic algebra equations that calculate the generations of the Standard Model masses to within 1%. Other basic algebra equations calculate the Sun's deflection of a photon and the precessions of planetary orbits. A simple ratio calculates the theoretical value of Newton's gravitational constant G within the error bars of its experimental value when measured by interferometry.
