My background is rich with experiences supporting teams and individuals who are entrepreneurs, innovators, and experts in their field (comms, design, tech, etc.). Being aligned with a strong mission and working to figure out how we can stay true to that, through experimentation and deep partnership excites me.I believe fostering a strong team culture, encouraging creative collaboration, and honest communication is the ultimate way to achieve our goals. Being a lifelong learner is something I value in myself and others. It drives me to be impactful, empathetic, and organized. I've seen it inspire and challenge people to seek newness and possibility, rather than be stifled by the status quo. This is absolutely a big part of why working with people energizes me. Creating, updating, and refining systems to support the work is another trend in my experience. Finding ways to understand and improve processes to benefit the larger vision and team engagement is my bread and butter.
