My career has spanned: digital marketing, PR, media, eCommerce, sourcing, fulfillment, and most recently, manufacturing.I've bootstrapped companies from the ground up and experienced many pivots, exits, mergers, and startup mayhem along the way. My current company, Giften Market, was born from my own personal experience of high-stress shopping, wrapping, and shipping gifts across the country. I was frustrated that there wasn't an online destination for modern, high-quality, small batch, beautifully wrapped gifts. So I decided to take things into my own hands and in November 2019 I launched GiftenMarket.com.Today we partner with 250+ small businesses to provide our customers with hand-crafted and USA-made gifts for people with exceptional taste. My goal with Giften is to bring joy and intention back to gifting. Over the past 4 years we’ve designed, packed, and shipped gifts to over 80,000 people. We work with time-strapped HR & Operations teams that just don’t have the capacity to handle gift design, production, and fulfillment (think: welcome gifts, speaker thank you's, employee milestones & recognition, get well baskets, etc.) We're finding our gifting solutions can cut project management time down by 75%.
