Establishes and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, tracks and improves client satisfaction, anticipates and adapts to changes in strategy, and ensures effective communication between IT and business operations.Manages the Trinity ITS service catalog, leveraging existing IT solutions and industry trends to innovate and identify new opportunities.Facilitates collaboration by connecting internal and external stakeholders, helps clients prioritize technology initiatives to achieve business goals, defines and reports key service metrics, and acts as an escalation point for major service delivery issues.Supports the Senior Director in planning and developing strategic roadmaps based on client needs, assists in proposal development and project intake, and addresses issues such as conflicting agendas, bureaucratic hurdles, and resistance to change.Leads and organizes ITS campus events and collaborates with Trinity faculty, students, and staff to design ITS Products and Services training materials.Supervises student employees in designing marketing swag, signage, graphics, and related materials and promotes ITS services throughout the university.Creates and executes comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive successful transformations. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand impacts and ensure smooth transitions.Engages with senior leadership and project managers to address change needs and manage resistance. Develop communication plans and training programs to support employees through transitions and foster adaptability.Defines and tracks key performance indicators related to change management initiatives. Continuously assess and refine strategies based on feedback and change outcomes to improve future initiatives.Serves as a representative of the Information Technology Services department in the University’s Crisis Management Team.

Consults with Trinity’s faculty, staff, and students to determine training needs and deliver solutions.Develops and delivers comprehensive awareness campaigns, technology-related learning initiatives, and training opportunities focused on ITS services and systems.Promotes IT services, communicating changes, and building a technology community by engaging with the campus.
