As the New Jersey Portfolio Manager for a Fortune 500 company, Martha was responsible for overseeing a sixty million dollar portfolio of tax sale certificates. Her duties included handling due diligence, auction acquisition, assignments, redemptions, and foreclosures. Martha built lasting relationships with over 500 tax collectors across the state and developed an in-depth understanding of the laws governing property transfer in New Jersey, leading her to pursue a Real Estate License.Martha's commitment extends beyond the professional realm—she is an avid long-distance cyclist who has participated in the annual Anchor House Ride for Runaways since 1995.
