- Manage design process from conception through to product commercialization for men’s andwomen’s activewear line.- Create and provide initial product tech packs to the manufacturer’s on time to include allrelevant product instructions, material specifications, BOM, EOQ, and required timeline tomeet delivery schedules.- Review and approve all product samples and provides detailed feedback to ensure accuracyon all items is maintained such as production quality, fit, and construction among others.

- Responsible for all designs from rough sketches to final garments for sports clubs, schools, university bookstores, and corporate businesses for men’s, women’s and kids.- Produce clear and comprehensive tech packs; update and maintain spec consistencythroughout fit process; manage all BOM and other information for prototypes and PP samples.- Apply garment pattern-making and garment fitting techniques to ensure proper construction.- Maintain technical database with all updates: graded specs, sketches, photos and logoplacement details.- Responsible for knowledge of cost components and ability to design products that hit margintargets.- Thorough knowledge on fabric, trims and embellishments such as screenprint, sublimation,embroidery and decorative appliques.- Direct, coordinate, and process over 250 orders a month with four factories overseas, analyzeall purchase orders to ensure accuracy for terms and pricing, vendor compliance, and dates inorder to reduce vendor chargeback, track product delivery, order fill rates, and resolve routingissues, track shipping and delivery activities, and run, analyze, and interpret order managementreports.- Attended trade shows on behalf of the company. Responsibilities included creating a branded atmosphere for our booth including samples displays and networking with clients.- Planned and organized in-studio and on-location photo shoots; conceptualized narratives and shot lists as well as coordinate communication with photographer and model agencies.- Create and deliver client quotes and invoices in Excel/Quickbooks.
