Provide leadership in developing and implementing IRF’s strategic programmatic priorities through capacity and capability development at both the individual and organizational level in rhino range countries. Support and oversee IRF's granting programs and associated capacity building support, such as training, technical assistance and knowledge sharing. Support the mission of the International Rhino Foundation in ensuring the survival of all five rhino species through strategic partnerships, targeted protection, and scientifically sound interventions. Galapagos Islands, Ecuador

Instruct, facilitate, and mentor students in a Masters-level biology and conservation course which includes a 10-day field expedition on the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador. The Masters program is part of Project Dragonfly's Earth Expeditions at Miami University of Ohio. Earth Expeditions' mission is to build an alliance of individuals with first-hand knowledge of inquiry-driven, community-based learning for the benefit of ecological communities, student achievement, and global understanding.
