I oversee the sourcing and display of Latin American domestic sovereign and corporate debt to Refinitiv products (e.g. Datascope, EIKON). I monitor Latin American data feeds, handle client questions via Salesforce, and participate in data enhancements to improve the breadth and depth of our coverage.

I tracked, analyzed, and reported on team’s quality and service metrics, centralized and automated production of LATAM yield curve data and trained and coached junior analysts. This training included the development and implementation of a 2-week face-to-face training for four new hires in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

I traded equity, bond, option and mutual funds and provided detailed analysis of financial products such as IRAs and fixed income products.

I acted as first point of contact for high net-worth individuals and resolved complex customer inquiries and assured timely delivery of financial products. I obtained my 7 & 63 licenses.
