Senior Technical Recruiter
Current- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for positions throughout the organization, including but not limited to technical consulting, functional consulting, project management, technical support, sales, and marketing- Source candidates through a variety of outlets, using creative techniques to attract passive candidates- Screen candidates through an initial phone interview, simultaneously gathering sufficient information and building rapport- Serve as a brand ambassador of Sunrise Technologies and Volt Technologies, providing general information including company history, values, success, and benefits of employment- Participate in annual college recruiting events including career fairs, interview days, workshops, and information sessions
