Execute a strategic focus on driving new business opportunities through value added products and services as well as global segment growth. Work closely with internal teams across all support areas to effectively manage the business. Represent Travelport at corporate travel industry events and meetings. In addition to these BTN 100 accounts, I have extensive contacts/relationships with SME size corporate accounts.

Responsible for managing the US Relationship for two of the largest Global TMC customers, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Flight Centre. Worked closely with Account Director to ensure effective account management with a focus on key strategies for retention as well as growth.

Responsible for supporting the Sales Director, Strategic accounts in managing the relationship with Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Worked closely with CWT Industry relations on all aspects of managing account, including corporate sales retention and growth, operations, billing and reporting.
