With three decades of experience in global finance, Martha has worked with institutional investors on many aspects of finance from investment banking to private markets. After working on Wall Street at CSFB & UBS in New York, London and Paris, Martha established her own advisory firm on capital formation, consulting to private equity & venture capital. In 2000, Martha joined Crane Capital as a Partner, eventually becoming Managing Director of JP Morgan. LGT Capital Partners approached Martha in 2009 to oversee business development in North America. Martha is currently a Managing Partner at Sera Global Advisory (f/k/a Brookfield Financial) an investment banking boutique offering strategic advisory to private capital, based in Toronto with her husband and three teenaged children.
