Created and directed all aspects of product line planning and merchandising for the entire Moving Comfort brand including women's fitness apparel and sports bras.Drove strong product innovation and achieved market dominance in the sports bra category. Created, managed, and marketed assortments for all REI lines of businesses including 75 stores as well as all catalogs, online, & outlet. Supervised & lead a team of four.Launched the highly successful “OXT” fitness department in 2001 and achieved highest department growth for company in 2003. Initiated new design direction & fabrics for REI brand performance underwear program resulting in over 20% growth in performance underwear sales in 2002. Drove growth plans & new vendor partnerships for strong emerging categories including snowboard apparel & bike hydration from 1995-2000. Partnered with key alpine skiwear vendors to create product ideally suited for REI membership.
