Lindström was established in Finland in 1848. During my employment, the company operated in 24 countries in Europe and Asia, and had more than 5000 employees.As a content specialist, I played a key role in ideating, creating, and distributing various types of content to all channels and platforms, aiming to drive growth and to promote the Lindström brand, create awareness of the company's services, and support lead generation. My responsibilities and projects included but were not limited to- Acting as a project manager in launching the new Lindström Group website.- Designing and creating the Lindström Style Guide.- Managing the Group content calendar and ensuring that the content remained consistent across all platforms and markets.- Organizing and hosting events and trainings for Lindström personnel across the company.

The Design Factory Global Network (DFGN) is made up of innovation hubs in different universities and research institutions, spanning from Finland in the North to New Zealand in the South. Common values and practices enable us to collaborate across time zones and cultures, despite differences in governance and setup. Design factories are experimentation platforms, and it is through experimentation our network moves forward towards its overarching goal: to create change in the world of education and learning. We facilitate and conduct workshops, events, and courses revolving around concepts like design thinking, experimentation planning, and pedagogical development. No two session are the same, each one is tailored for its participants and their needs and goals.

My focus was mainly on communications and community building, supporting existing and upcoming design factories through a variety of different initiatives. This included organizing and hosting events and workshops, organizing the Design Factory Bootcamp 2019 with participants from six different institutions, organizing the Social Impact Boot Camp in Tanzania 2019 with students and faculty from Yonsei University, Korea, and Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, Tanzania, serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Interstellar Family Album, and contributing to the Aalto Design Factory Annual Report.

I assisted the management team in daily operations by organizing and attending meetings, travels, and events, including the Techstars Energy Accelerator. I also produced communications material, including slide decks and feature articles, and coordinated the roll-out of Microsoft Teams within the company.

I bridged the gap between science and business through various initiatives both inside and outside CERN. This included managing the CERN Network of Business Incubation Centres, organizing trainings for CERN personnel, writing the proposal for the CERN Entrepreneurship Student Programme (CESP), creating content for the KT annual reports 2016 and 2017, bringing the CERN Entrepreneurship Network from 0 to more than 200 members, organizing more than 50 Entrepreneurship Meet-Ups, and being a keynote speaker at Slush Science Track 2016 and Hello Tomorrow Peru 2017.

I encouraged and facilitated entrepreneurial activities within the CERN community through activities such as the CERN Entrepreneurship Meet-Ups and organizing the CERN/NTNU Screening Week.
