My name is Marste` Bester and I am 44 years old. I have been married for 15 years and have two boys aged 11 & 13. My wife is a Software Test analyst.I am currently employed at Laerskool Garsfontein as a Deputy Principal. I am in charge of many managerial activites and I also play a big part in sport coaching and class activities.Since we are the biggest Afrikaans Primary school in South Africa I have gained a lot of experience in different fields in education and management. Overall I have been blessed in this position and have gained a lot of insight and knowledge. I have also enrolled for further studiesI am currently and have previously been involved with development cycles in education and know how it works from when the idea is generated to the production and execution. I don’t stop until the best solution to the problem has been found. I am a highly committed and self-motivated person and work well in a team and can also continue to work on my own when necessary to get things done. I have also furthered by studies through Unisa and completed the first year with subjects that have also benefited me in my current line of work.
