In 2003, we designed, fabricated, and installed a cement transportation system from cement silos to a road bulk loading facility. Between 2003 and 2005, we developed and completed the construction of high-standard housing units within a secure complex. We also built a 4-star rated guest house within the same complex. Can be viewed on Google Earth. 1 Mathew Street. Lichtenburg. RSAAfrisam Cement. Replaced Raw Mill Gearbox supplied by client of Pheifer Mill (180 t/h). Designed a temporary supporting structure for the mill table and rollers whilst removing the gearbox. Repaired foundation.2006. Lafarge Cement. Lichtenburg awarded a contract to Imsat, Romania for the upgrading of all auxiliaries of the cement milling plants. Imsat and ME Engineering formed a joint company. Together all auxiliary equipment which includes, main filters, separators, and all conveyances such as air ducting, air slides, drag chains, and feeders were replaced. Structural modifications were designed by Imsat and modified on-site. During two periods which started early in December, and ended mid-January of the next year project was completed. At peak times we managed 54 Qualified artisans. 35 tons of fabricated components were supplied by M&E Engineering.New Cement Plant Lafarge. M&E ENGINEERING was awarded the contract to install all conveyors from the raw mill stacking area to the main raw mill building. All components were supplied by the main contractor.2011/12 Harmony Gold Mine. Almec Manufacturing was awarded the contract to rebuild the CIL plant.M&E Engineering was subcontracted to complete all site work which included manufacturing of CIL tanks, 8 off. 13 Meters in diameter and 12 meters high. All civil foundations with 186 piles were completed by M&E Engineering without any incident or accident.2016/17/18. Epko Oil Crushin plant was destroyed by fire. Contact awarded to Endento to rebuild structure and install supplied equipment. M&E Engineering awarded all Civil construction work. New Meal Bunke with civils and structural steelwork
