• Up to February 1997: Manage the implementation of the electronic image scanning system – Trimco (Later replaced with Altris) and the indexing, scanning and quality control of all the property diagrams and general plans of the whole of Gauteng, Northern Province, North West, Mpumalanga and the Free State. ◦ The extent of the project is 6,500 books with 470,000 diagrams, 13,000 general plans consisting of 17,500 sheets. ◦ There are 4 departmental personnel and 21 contract workers reporting to me.

From August 1988, I was supervising the drafting office. My other duties were: Drafting of general plans using Caddie, system administration of the VAX 730 Mini computer and supervising data capture.
