As a Quality Assurance Officer, I am tasked to do daily call compliance audits and raise feedbacks if necessary. I also attend monthly client calibrations and, if available, trainings necessary to achieve my daily tasks.

My main task is to supervise the organization as well as the work flow of the warehouse and its personnel. Aside from my main task, I am also responsible for maintaining and procuring office computers, printers and network peripherals.

Although my main functions were data entry and computer hardware and software maintenance, I was also tasked with warehouse inventory maintenance and management, communicating with the company’s principal supplier’s IT and researching improvements for the company’s computer hardware and software.My biggest achievement was minimizing inventory discrepancies by utilizing product bar codes. With this improvement, I also minimized order assembly errors and order assembly time.

As a Freelance IT Specialist, my tasks include servicing and maintenance of SoHo servers, workstations and computer network. I am also given the responsibility to set-up new servers and workstations as well as installation and user training for new computer software and hardware.

As a Data Encoder, I am tasked to encode daily transactions into the company’s order management system. I am also tasked to print out transaction receipts and record and maintain customer data within the system. As an IT specialist, my general task is to spearhead the transition of the company into an automated system. My task includes setting-up the company’s computer server, workstations and local area network. I also revamped the company’s work and data flow to accompany the automation.

My tasks as a Quality Assurance Specialist includes uploading and managing call recordings for evaluation, preparing reports, conducting investigations on customer complaints and assisting QA Officers with other tasks when needed.
