As a Senior Product & Systems Delivery Analyst, my main focus is to ensure that the Product Support Team in the Global region is equipped with substantial knowledge about the new and enhanced products. This includes but is not limited to delivering training and preparing references such as user guides or manuals and troubleshooting guides. To effectively achieve the said focus, I collaborate with different teams across the global region, from mid-level to higher management regarding product design and usability, product management and project implementation. I also participate in product testing and coordinate the results with the product owner and developer, and develop a clear product support escalation procedure.Aside from being the Technical and Functional Expert in using the GDS system, I am also the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Abacus/Sabre products. In this regard, I would help other teams within the Sabre organization by attending to their inquiries about the product’s function and design.Before becoming Sabre’s Senior Product & Systems Delivery Analyst, my experience in Abacus/Sabre started at a Helpdesk, where I used to do a lot of product troubleshooting and provide customer assistance via the phone, to the corporate trainer for Abacus/Sabre customers, and then eventually to the Head of Department, where I had a wonderful experience of being a leader for the Systems Engineers of Abacus/Sabre. The accumulation of experience over the years has contributed to my professional career and further enhanced multiple skills including interpersonal skills, which have allowed me to apply them in my daily work life as a Sabre Employee.Before joining Abacus/Sabre, I worked as a Travel Agent in the Philippines and Singapore.
