With the explosive growth that Virgin Galactic had experienced in 2022 they had an immediate goal to fill hundreds of space positions in the following locations across the country. I was one of a handful of expert recruiter's who were deployed as a consultants to deal with the surge of openings that were critical to the mission. Recruiters were all assigned various jobs. I was responsible for working with the New Mexico Site (Mechanical Systems (V&V of pneumatic supply, mechanical flight controls, landing gear, and ECS systems) positions included design, integration, ground test/ flight test. My Team had won the prestigious Power Award for all of their efforts in 2006 and was given a celebration in 2007 for their double digit growth. We were also nominated as one of the top offices to experience the Circle of Stars award ceremony for our efforts in 2006.

Assisted Regional Director with rebuilding a full cycle recruiting model throughout the London Branches. Assisted with transitional changes as rebuilding began after 911, as the loss of business in each branch was over 50%. A back-up plan was put in place to train recruiters back to full cycle (sales and service) and find replacement Manager's so we could continue to secure exisiting business as the competition in London increased due to the losses that all business were experiencing after 911 (and the downfall of the tourism industry which greatly impacted all industries in the London economy).
