My responsibilities included managing large data bases, generating AdHoc reports using those data bases, while analyzing the results. I revamped of all of our orientation surveys using Qualtrics, to obtain more meaningful data. I also completed working on a 30 day on-boarding survey and was in the process of completing 60 and 90 day surveys.I worked with 3 other teammates to spearhead a project to find a project management system. After much research and testing, we decided Jira was the best choice for us. Planning our orientation events ranging in size from 50 to 1400 team members was also part of my job which I had had many successes. I coordinated the station programming including live and play-by-play events. Other aspects of my job included producing morning and midday shows, update anchor and reporting on the four major sports teams, as well as, Michigan State. I was also responsible for looking at trends in the ratings and determining what changes could be made to increase them. As the Program Coordinator, employee hiring and scheduling producers and board ops fell under my realm. Updating social media accounts was another of my responsibilities.
