• Responsible for media inventory with the capacity for $100 million advertising revenue. • Manage daily pace report. Identify discrepancies and taking appropriate actions to justify revenue loss and gains as compared to forecast figures. Maintain a discrepancy variance of less than 1% across two TV Stations with combined revenue of $100 million.• Manage, recruit and train sales department staff and monitor workflow.
