• Responsible for media inventory with the capacity for $100 million advertising revenue. • Manage daily pace report. Identify discrepancies and taking appropriate actions to justify revenue loss and gains as compared to forecast figures. Maintain a discrepancy variance of less than 1% across two TV Stations with combined revenue of $100 million.• Manage, recruit and train sales department staff and monitor workflow. Set up processes compliant with Sarbanes Oxley Act. Involved liaison with corporate audit team to insure system integrity within the corporation guidelines.• Maximize revenue opportunities by evaluating inventory and adjusting spot and broadcast schedules to accommodate additional revenue when necessary.• Generate reports to allow collaboration with Sales Management to evaluate rates and better manage inventory for revenue. • Communicate with clients to enhance the client/station relationship.
