The Principal PSC provides high level of administrative and technical support to project teams including planning, organizing and coordinating responsibilities at a global level. Drives and owns a sub-set of project-specific activities related to the overall completion of the project realization as directed by the Project Lead such as but not limited to: project reports, author and/or review of project plans, vendor management, management of financial activities including updates, analyses and functional lead follow-up. Acts as a liaison between PSC team and study management taking ownership of PSC role deliverables. Contributes to the risk management process by timely identification, escalation and proposing resolution of issues. Supports creation, implementation and change management for functional group and cross-functional process enhancements initiatives. Implements oversight and coordination support to junior PSCs.

The Assoc Contract Manager leads the preparation, negotiation and finalization of contracts process. Liaises and establishes effective relationships with clients and internal functional teams. Ensures quality, objectivity and risk analysis in the efficient delivery of contract templates, process and negotiation parameters. Identifies and assesses legal, financial and operational risks in accordance with approved company and client contractual considerations. Provides recommendations and alternative resolutions contracts negotiations. Demonstrates understanding of regional principles of contract law, including a general understanding of laws that influence contract language, such as business, intellectual property and local tax and stamp laws. Serves as lead for internal and external clients.

The Investigator Grant Analyst utilizes benchmarking tools to develop investigator grant budget grids for applicable countries in assigned studies to ensure proper grant development. Drafts applicable payment terms and condition templates for investigator grant budget grids. Acts as an interface and escalation contact with external/ internal clients for investigator budget development, process and negotiation parameters. Ensures quality and correctness of quantitative functions of budget templates. Collaborates with internal departments to ensure various site startup activities are aligned with investigator grant activities and mutually agreed upon timelines; ensures alignment of investigator budget negotiation process for sites and study are properly aligned to the critical path for site activation.

The Senior CTC (Central) coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trial activities. Performs file reviews and documents findings in appropriate systems and follows up for resolution. Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard. As Lead CTC escalates in cases of overburn/underburn for self and junior central CTC, reviews and re-distributes the tasks based on junior CTCs' free capacity. Supports the maintenance and oversight of study specific documentation and global support with specific systems, tools and trackers. Exports and reconciles study metrics reports and analyzes and identifies issues. Drives and coordinates the compilation of Investigator Site File (ISF). Attends Kick off and Project Launch meetings supports initial study set-up.

The Clinical Trial Coordinator (Central) is providing global administrative support to Project Teams. This role is also responsible for coordination, oversight and completion of administrative functions on assigned trials such as maintaining assigned data points within Clinical Trials Management System as well as coordinating the team conference calls, documents, complete and distribute meeting minutes for various team meetings. As per the task matrix the Clinical Trial Coordinator (Central) is updating project team training trackers, maintaining vendor tracking and reconciliation, conducting maintenance and regular reviews, support the archiving process of the study files, etc.
