Principal Project Support Coordinator
The Principal PSC provides high level of administrative and technical support to project teams including planning, organizing and coordinating responsibilities at a global level. The Assoc Contract Manager leads the preparation, negotiation and finalization of contracts process. Liaises and establishes effective relationships with clients and internal functional teams. Ensures quality, objectivity and risk analysis in the efficient delivery of contract templates, process and negotiation parameters. Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator - Central
The Senior CTC (Central) coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trial activities. Performs file reviews and documents findings in appropriate systems and follows up for resolution. Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard. As Lead CTC escalates in cases of overburn/underburn for self and junior central CTC, reviews and re-distributes the tasks based on junior CTCs' free capacity. Supports the maintenance and oversight of study specific documentation and global support with specific systems, tools and trackers. Exports and reconciles study metrics reports and analyzes and identifies issues. Drives and coordinates the compilation of Investigator Site File (ISF). Attends Kick off and Project Launch meetings supports initial study set-up.
Clinical Trial Coordinator - Central
The Clinical Trial Coordinator (Central) is providing global administrative support to Project Teams. This role is also responsible for coordination, oversight and completion of administrative functions on assigned trials such as maintaining assigned data points within Clinical Trials Management System as well as coordinating the team conference calls, documents, complete and distribute meeting minutes for various team meetings. As per the task matrix the Clinical Trial Coordinator (Central) is updating project team training trackers, maintaining vendor tracking and reconciliation, conducting maintenance and regular reviews, support the archiving process of the study files, etc.
