- Responsibility for the outsourced operations (Lexmark printers Technical Support for EMEA – 18 countries)- Participate in medium to large projects in the area of process optimisation and documentation, quality, training delivery, and on-site support. - Manage projects.- Interface, establish and maintain effective working relationships with in country Management Teams, taking direct responsibility for the Portuguese, Spanish, South African and Italian markets.- Capture and highlight issues as they happen to resolve them working with the relevant sources.- Implement initiatives with the partner company.- Analyse, categorise and calibrate together with the partner company Customer Satisfaction surveys for all EMEA markets.- Request Action Plans to the partner company and carry on the required follow up, based on the captured Customer Satisfaction results previously categorised and analysed by area of possible improvement.
