My interest in Consumer behaviour started on the marketplace, where I learned the importance of connecting with your customers. After this, I started working on the Marketing department of Dutch Innovation Systems B.V. Beside this, I took on the Account Manager function, which learned me to understand customers even more. At this moment I am doing an internship at Nestlé, world's largest FMCG company and the biggest in food. I am doing this internship on the Consumer Engagement Services department, where we research and learn to understand the wishes and problems of customers. A good example is my internship research. Here I am researching how we can make our KitKat customers loyal customers. This means customers who choose for KitKat without any doubt when they want a snack, customers who tell about our brand to other customers and how we can turn them into real fans.
