Office Transitioning: New Distribution Center Relocation Evaluated locations for new center and selected historic bayside Ford plant. Worked with consultants including architect, racking consultant, vendors, moving/construction teams, and cabling crews—with goal of building expert strategy to increase storage capabilities.  Led communications campaign to keep clients / employees “in the loop” to ensure satisfaction, provide updates, and answer questions regarding transition. Successfully relocated warehouse on time, under budget ($60,000) and nearly doubled inventory capacity (22,000 sq. ft. to 40,000 sq. ft.).Upgrades & Installations:  Executed launch of $400,000 system upgrade project (managed software modifications and enhancements), which resulted in clean conversion, on-time delivery, and efficiency gain: project included desktop updates, mainframe configuration, vendor data integration, security set-ups, printer reconfiguration, and documentation.

Managed staff of 42 (800 desktops), five departments (Application Development, Desktop/Network Support, Intranet Development, Telecommunications), and service support for eight offices in four states. Supported needs of online services team as it expanded to 300+.Office Transitioning: Six Expansions / Relocations for New Online Division. Facilitated expansion of SF offices to new three-floor (60,000 sq. ft.) location in Oakland with call center, operations division, and state-of-the-art data center. Managed closure of three SF/Oakland offices with seven total floors of space. Successfully moved three centers in three cities in only five months.Upgrades & Installations:  Teamed with diverse task force (staff and vendors) on companywide $300 million Y2K project (testing and documentation), which resulted in zero Y2K issues for all systems in all seven locations. Designed new customized CRM application for call center, which delivered improved functionality.
