I'm a Developmental Leadership Coach who loves a good story and a good laugh. I work closely with executives and senior leaders, helping them explore their own development, challenging them to embrace their unique stories, tackle their problems, and find their edge. This helps them get real, get curious, and encourages a shift in perspective that seeds innovation and expands capacity.In my coaching, and when I'm planning and delivering programs, I use a mix of tools. This includes some really cool tech like AI, as well as tried-and-true methods like the Leadership Circle. These are a big help in promoting growth mindsets. I mix new tech with old techniques to help leaders get to know themselves better, make smarter choices, and unlock advanced thinking capabilities. It's all about blending the best of both worlds to give a game-changing leadership development experience.The main focus of my coaching style is lining up personal growth with the wider goals of the organization. My goal is not just making leaders more effective at their jobs, it's to enable leaders who can drive transformative change.
