In januari 2019 als (Interim) Project Consultant gestart op het gebied van:• Project-, Operational- of Business Controlling• Project- en Financial Accounting Beide rollen vanuit een operationele/ financiële invalshoek met een duidelijke voorkeur voor opdrachten vanuit de sectoren Overheid, Transport, Logistiek en Bouw/ Infra.Mijn bedrijf kan u van dienst zijn bij het volgende:• Het uitvoeren van projectmatig/ operationeel/ financieel gerelateerde opdrachten vanuit de Overheid, Transport, Logistiek en Bouw/ Infra sector in de rol van project/ operationeel manager tot aan diverse controller functies;• Ondersteuning bieden aan opdrachtgevers als zijnde (Interim) project/ operationeel/ financieel manager;

Mijn belangrijkste prioriteiten als Business Unit Director waren voor de BU Cleaning:o De algehele leiding en verantwoordelijkheid over de totale Business Unit Cleaning;o Sturing en richting geven aan de financiële opzet, inrichting en optimalisatie van de operationele afdelingen Cleaning en Filling; o Optimaliseren van alle operationele/ financiële processen door i.s.m. afdelingen Business Control en Financial Control verbeteringsanalyses op te stellen en deze verder te concretiseren naar actieplannen;o Het richting en sturing geven aan de strategische toekomstplanning en visie van de BU Cleaning; Mijn belangrijkste prioriteiten als Operational Unit Director waren voor de H&S Group:o Financiële verantwoordelijkheid over de afgeronde, lopende en toekomstige strategische BU projecten binnen de H&S Group (zie tabel hieronder);o Operationele sturing en richting geven aan lopende projecten binnen de H&S Group; o Het operationeel initiëren, concretiseren en opstarten van toekomstige strategische projecten binnen de H&S Group;
