Strategic Institutional Research Advisor

Current

Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands

My goal is to stimulate data-driven decision making at Leiden University by making a wide range of strategic policy information accessible and understandable for executives, strategists, and policy makers. To reach this goal I develop and and implement an agenda for the proper use of data, facilitated by a dashboarding tool.

Looking for insights in complexity? Difficulties to get to the point? Trying to take your colleagues along? Little progress? Having a hard time to get to a strategy? Trying to communicate in a clear and pleasant way about complex topics, both internally as well as externally? With Graphective I offer solutions for these types of challenges using a highly effective approach. Using visuals is key when offering you advice. Why? Because visuals are a very powerful tool! In addition, having a scientific background and ample consulting experience within the public sector and health foundations I am a valuable interlocutor. A unique combination of content and visualization comes together in Graphective! My approach is unique as well: especially dealing with complex (or seemingly simple) topics it is impossible to produce a visual just like that. Rather, it is a step-by-step process of co-creation in which the emerging visual will act as a reference point. Of course it is nice if this leads to a good visual, but much more importantly this process will often lead to many new insights to the client! Using this approach the only way is forward!Visit me at www.graphective.nl
