-Lead and coordinate Sourcing SAP implementation for CP/S in multiple operations sites within ECC EMEA-Define and manage program scope for EMEA based businesses, prioritize and align business requirements and CP/S program requirements-Manage and drive execution of sourcing deployment activities, from project initiation to post-go-live and project closure-Ensure effective change management process within the project-Ensure the project has an effective resource plan that meets the skill set required and budget requirements for successful implementation

-Coordinate Sourcing process implementation for “Common Process and System” CP/S in SAP and within ECC EMEA-Data Cleansing / Validation & Supplier Adoption Process-Work with international CP/S consultants to implement approved Honeywell sourcing policies and procedures-System/User acceptance testing and training as well as definition of Requirements for interfaces with existing systems
