After my Master in Communication i traveled to learn more about the world, different cultures and relationships between people. I experienced several winter & summer seasons in Hospitality.I worked over 10 years in Tourism for Flowtrack, a travel organisation that organises winter- and summer holidays for youngsters & families. As a product manager I was responsable for organising a succesful endproduct. As an HR manager for the crew I gave everything I had to improve the employee experience.In 2022 I decided it was time to find a new challenge. Being passionate about communication, coaching, training and networking, i wanted to contribute to a cause i care deeply about: creating chances and opportunities for young people who struggle with different aspects of life. At YAR Vlaanderen I connected immediately with the vision and the community. I hope to share my previous insights, keep learning and developping and make a difference for the people I work with.
