Since Commencement Day, part of CJV for the civil team of Line 06 ( $1 Billion USD) dedicated to “Site 05”; a 3.2 km stretch of C&C Tunnels and At Grade-structure. Contract value $ 80 Mio USD.Main responsibilities:Managing / Coordinating a team of engineers for a wide range of EPC activities as traffic- & utility diversions, temporary- & earthworks and heavy concrete works and the project control activities with regards to cost control, budgeting and reporting. Including managing / coordination with subconstractors and interface coordination with other Lines and stakeholders (3rd parties). Main achievements:# Set up of Overall phasing plan and schedule for Site 05. # Establish Project Execution Budget for Site 05. # Phasing plans and engineering solutions for a few complex parts in Site 05 ( crossings of utilities/traffic, Station interface).# Establishing and managing of engineering deliverables for Site 05.
