Utilizing pre-existing knowledge and experience from the Order Management and Order Fulfillment departments to analyze and redesign the entire Sales Order process from acceptance to delivery. In this function, I collected data and information throughout all involved departments, applying gained expertise in both the process and the NetSuite system to redesign the Order Process in order to standardize and optimize the flow of Sales Orders within Netsuite. This enveloped analyzing the current Order process, distinguishing types of Sales Orders and their impact on the process, safeguarding the First-Time-Right principle, improving the correct and more efficient allocation of inventory, standardizing operational activities, and improving communication throughout the organization.A new process flowchart was delivered with accompanying descriptions and an instruction manual, and further change requests for NetSuite were formulated to improve the usability of the system throughout the organization and implement a standardized order and responsibility flow.
