CurrentSpecific focus is ( E )-Grocery and Cold chain industries (global ) The primary objective is to develop new business by focusing specifically on end-user needs. In this role report directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) organization, Business Intelligence Team, and Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis and Strategy DevelopmentConduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key players in the E-Grocery and Cold Chain sectors.Stay updated with industry developments and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.End-User EngagementIdentify and understand the specific needs of end-users in the E-Grocery and Cold Chain industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with key end-users, understanding their business models and operational challenges.Develop customized solutions to meet the unique requirements.Business DevelopmentDrive the growth of INTRL business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the E-Grocery and Cold Chain industries.Collaboration and CoordinationWork closely with the CTO organization to align product development with market needs.Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team to gather and analyze data that supports business development activities.Partner with the Marketing team to ensure effective communication of our value proposition to the target audience.Brand Positioning and AwarenessEnsure that Interroll is recognized and accepted as a leading supplier for current business opportunities in the E-Grocery and Cold Chain industries.Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote Interroll’s brand and capabilities.
