Delivered a long-term maintenance planning for civil engineering works in the north of the Netherlands.

As QA/QC Engineer I was responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and the overall quality of the organization. This involves identifying process improvements, guiding improvement projects, monitoring deviations and risks, and ensuring ISO 9001 certification. Additionally, responsible for conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with agreed processes.

Established a problem diagnosis based on practice-based research and implemented improvement proposal to improve the quality system.

Obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practical certification by successfully implementing a process redesign. The practice-based research focused on optimizing the data collection process in a Power BI dashboard for vessels of the Offshore Energy division. This Power BI dashboard was used to gain insights into key vessel information and to facilitate cost-effective adjustments.
