My responsibilities include:- Opening and closing- Ordering from different supplier and retaining relations and arranging princr negotiations with them. - Making the staff schedule.- Coming up with new concepts and dishes. - Running the service as well as the kitchen.- Running all social media and marketing. - Conduct application interviews with new potential employees.

My main responsibility was making sure the roof terrace could run properly.This included:- Making schedules for events and regular evenings- Making sure stock was up to date- Keeping an eye for the small details, light, music temperature, etc.- Being a host for new and regular guests- Confidential person for employees

An internship on the Marketing department of a family-run sustainable tour operator. My assignment was to make the company certified in the Travelife sustainability label, so it would be acknowledged. For this, a lot of research into the economics and emissions of the company have been done, as well as research into customer and employee satisfaction, stakeholders analyses and analyses of the sustainability of service partners. During this period I have taken online courses after which I earned the title of Travelife Sustainability Manager. Next to this I was responsible for social media, updating the website, uploading translations and analyzing evaluations.

Helping high school students with Economics, Mathematics, German and English.
